You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all design files you submit to us. You grant us a limited license to use such files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4.3 Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates based on our standard operating procedures. Actual delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and other factors.

4.4 Quality and Inspection

We maintain strict quality control procedures. All parts undergo inspection before shipment. You must inspect delivered goods within 7 days and notify us of any defects or discrepancies.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice at any time.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LC Proto and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
